Backorders
We do not automatically ship items that are out of stock.

Shipping
Most orders will be sent out within 24 hours of receiving them. Unless otherwise specified, packages will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail. You will be charged 4.65 for USPS Priority Shipping. This is a flat rate charge no matter how many items you purchase. Insurance and/or Delivery confirmation provided only at your request and for an additional fee

Pricing-Discounts-Returns
All prices subject to change. Beads and findings are not warranted against wear and durability due to the various uses and exposure they may be subjected to. Please do your own testing. Handmade Lampwork Beads are properly kiln annealed for strength and durability. Returns made from website purchases only. Items must be made within 7 days of postmark of package delivery. All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds on returns can only be applied to the same credit card which was used for the initial purchase.
